Pic Series of The Day: On The Runway

Favorite Birthday Boys for June 12th

Happy Birthday today June 12th to:

Canadian gymnast Nathan Gafuik turns 24 today.

Actor Jason Mewes turns 35 today.

Actor John Enos turns 47 today.

Just Because: Matt Cavenaugh

I spent so much time gushing over Aaron Tveit (and believe me my crush is NOT diminishing), not to mention Nick Adams, that I neglected to mention there was another of my favorites looking pretty wonderful on last Sunday's Tony Awards. I have profiled actor Matt Cavenaugh before on the blog, but this truly beautiful man with the equally beautiful voice deserves another mention.

Favorite Underwear of the Day: Ryan Paevey's

I profiled model Ryan Paevey before, but you can never get enough of a good thing! Ryan, who joined Major Models last fall (though has yet to make the main site). Many of you might know Ryan from his work with Scott Ashton for Rehab briefs, but he has done a lot more work. Some of it you can check out at his Myspace page HERE:

Below: All the great shots below of Ryan are from Scott Ashton who photographed Ryan for Rehab briefs.

Unconventional Hunk of the Day: Hamish Linklater

'The New Adventures of Old Christine' has been on 4 or 5 years now. Not sure CBS really respects the show as it has been moved around so many times. I was never really drawn to the show, but lately I have been watching 'Big Bang Theory' and 'How I met Your Mother' and through watching these CBS comedies, I have been starting to watch the Julia Louis-Dreyfus comedy. I have quite liked the past few episodes and plan on adding it to my tivo. I have always loved Wanda Sykes and the writing is much better than I had expected.

An added bonus of course is the adorable Hamish Linklater. Hamish plays Christine's brother and thier relationship is both interesting and risky for a prime time comedy. I remember Hamish from American Dreams but Hamish is also an accomplished Theatre actor with many theatre credits on his resume. The writers of 'Old Christine' also seem to enjoy putting his character Matthew in the bathtub, bathrobes and without a shirt as often as they can. Certainly one of many reasons to check out 'The New Adventures of Old Christine' if you have not already!
